This notice describes how RegIntel deployments may process information in connection with the Services. Your organization’s privacy policy, data processing agreement, and subprocessors list (if any) take precedence where they apply.

Information you provide

When you sign in, we may process account identifiers (for example email and name) supplied by your identity provider. Preferences you save in the product may be stored with your account.

Usage & operations

We may log technical data (such as request metadata, IP address, and feature usage) for security, reliability, metering, and support. Staff actions in admin tools may be recorded in an audit log.

Model providers

If your deployment uses third-party language or embedding APIs, queries and context sent to those APIs are subject to the provider’s terms and policies. Configure retention and regions according to your compliance requirements.

Your choices

Use in-app settings where available. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your administrator or the team that operates your environment.
